Privacy Policy

iSquared Solutions, LLC (“iSquared,” “we,” or “us”) helps small operators turn how they work into systems. Part of that work is earning your trust, so we have written this plainly. It explains what we collect when you sign up and complete an assessment, why we collect it, who else touches it, and the commitments we stand behind. We would rather over-explain than leave you guessing.
What we collect
We only collect what the intake actually needs:
- Account details you give us at signup: your email, your business name, and (optionally) your name.
- Business profile you provide: your market area, service lines, and the free-text description of how your business works.
- Assessment responses: the Yes / Partial / No answers and any notes or open-text you write as you complete your Frame.
- Essential technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. That is it. See “Cookies” below.
Why we use it
We use your information to run the assessment, to generate a Frame tailored to what you actually do, and to prepare for a first conversation that starts from a real picture of your business rather than a blank page. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for anyone else.
AI processing
Your assessment is tailored with AI. To do that, the business profile you submit is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which generates the questions inside each dimension of your Frame. Anthropic states that it does not use data submitted through its API to train its models (see Anthropic’s Commercial Terms of Service). Your answers stay yours.
Who processes your data
We keep the vendor list short and name it openly. We use these service providers (subprocessors) to run the platform:
- Supabase — database and account authentication (where your profile and responses are stored).
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Anthropic — AI generation of your tailored assessment, as described above.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only sharing that happens is with the providers above, solely so the platform works.
Cookies
We use essential session cookies only, to keep you signed in as you move through the assessment. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not load trackers that follow you around the web.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active so you can return to your Frame. If you would like it deleted, just ask, and we will remove your account and associated data. See below.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. We extend these rights to everyone who uses the platform, regardless of where you live. To make a request, email us at hello@isquaredsolutions.io and we will take care of it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the care we would want for our own.
Children
The platform is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know.
